Her work experience includes McKinsey & Company, Avon Products, and franchisee and franchisor experience. She is also the creator and event director for the highly successful Cincinnati Coffee Festival, a fundraiser for Ohio River Foundation, an organization she helped found in 2000.
She holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma distinction from Columbia Business School and a BS/BA also with highest honors from Boston University. She is a Certified Franchising Executive (CFE) and has multiple certifications in assessments.
